Your first question is probably: "If Rotary was first established in 1905, how come you don't show the Presidents of Rotary International until 1910?"

The answer is that although Paul Harris founded the first Rotary Club in Chicago in 1905, it was not until 1910, when there were 16 Rotary Clubs, that they finally linked up as an organization called the National Association of Rotary Clubs.

A few years later the name was changed to the International Association of Rotary Clubs as Rotary was organized in Winnipeg, Canada, followed soon by clubs in England, Ireland and Scotland.

In 1922 the name was shortened to Rotary International.
